Millys Adventure

In July this year I'll be traveling 6,185 miles across the world, all in the name of charity. On my travels to Costa Rica I will be part of a large team of Volunteers giving something back to poor and struggling communities as-well and nature reserves. Part of the expedition will be building schools and wells, teaching locals English and also helping protect nature and wildlife habitats.

Sore Arm...

I had my vacciantion yesterday, 4 in total, but only two needles as yet, one in each arm, and it hurts :(

My arms feel so heavy and I didnt get a wink of sleep last night...I still got another 3 to go as-wel, am not looking forward to them...The nurse said to me; "I've never seen such a big wimp"!!!
